SAGSRESUMÈ

The case concerns whether a valid agreement has been concluded for the supply of electricity between the consumer and the company and the consumer is responsible for consumption during the period.

Den 24. februar 2014 blev forbrugeren kontaktet telefonisk af energiselskabet. According to Energiselskabet, an agreement was reached on the supply of electricity, which was subsequently confirmed per. post. Forbruger has stated that he has not accepted the agreement and will therefore be exempt from payment of bills for DKK 13,000.

For the user, I have moved three times and have received power at three or four different addresses. Aftalen med energiselskabet has moved with the customer as a result of the conditions of the energy company. Forbruger moved for a short period of time at an address where the energy company took over the electricity supply from the existing resident.

According to energy companies, they have not received any termination from the consumer.

In March 2016, the consumer paid out partially and paid none of the subsequent bills.

Den 6. marts 2017 sendte energiselskabet et lukkebrev, hvori det også blev meddelt, at aftalen blev ophævet.

Den 28. marts 2017 indbragte forbrugeren sagen for navnet.
