Download and fill in.

Move to next form field by using the [TAB]- key.

When finished with the form, save it on your hard disk.

Send an e-mail to us(post@energianke.dk). Attach the Word-file with the completed Complaint Form to the e-mail.

It would be an advantage, if necessary annexes, e.g. the concerned bills have been scanned and are enclosed the e-mail.

Preferred format of scanning are TIF, JPG or PDF, but other formats are allowed.

Download the file and print it.

Manually fill in the form, sign it and send it by letter. Enclose the necessary annexes.

To read and print pdf-files, you need to have the free program Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

Annexes

Please note

You may have all relevant annexes ready to answer the questions in the complaint form. A copy of these annexes shall you send to us.

It cost a fee of DKK 150 (nearly € 20) to make a complaint to the Complaint Board. When we have received the complaint fom, we will send you an inpayment form. Please do not send the amount by cheque.

The fee will be refunded to you, if the Complaint Board upholds your complaint or if it must refuse to consider your complaint.
